WHEREAS the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Arlington Heights did on the 17th day of Ju17,1956,
adopt a resolution setting forth the various accounts of Village
funds carried in the Arlington Heights National Bank and further
setting forth the names of the officers of the Village whose
signatures are required to withdraw funds from said accounts; and,
WHEREAS since said date there has been a change in the
names of such accounts and certain accounts have been eliminated
and others have been added, and it is necessary to file with said
bank a new list of such accounts and designate the names of the
officers required to sign withdrawals on such several accounts;
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said resolution adopted on the 17th
day of July, 1956,. be and the same is hereby revoked and nullified,
and that IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That ALBERT W. GOEDKE, Village President, CARL H.
WEINRICH, Village Clerk, and WM. F. MEYER, JR. , Village Treasurer,
be and they are hereby designated as the proper officers of the
Village of Arlington Heights to affix their official signatures
to all Village warrants and checks drawn upon the following
Village of Arlington Heights bank accounts, viz :
General Fund
Payroll Fund
Waterworks and Sewerage Fund
Library Maintenance Fund
Parking Meter Fund
Working Cash Fund
Motor Fuel Tax Fund
2% Fire Insurance Tax Fund
Off-Street Parking Fund
Retailerst Occupational Tax Fund
Fire Department Building and Equipment Fund
Special�f1paxation Account
2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signatures of the
President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Police Pension Board,
being' ARTHUR H. FRANZEN, Secretary, HUGH E. NICHOLS, President,
and WM. F. MEYER, JR. , Treasurer, shall be required upon the
following account:
Police Pension Fund
3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signature of WM. F.
MEYER, JR. , Village Treasurer, and his signature only, be require
and honored on checks drawn from the following Village of Arling-
ton Heights bank accounts, viz:
Treasur•erts General Obligation Bond and Interest Fund
Guaranty Deposits Fund
Escrow Account
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ARLINGTON HEIGHTS
NATIONAL BANK, heretofore designated as a depositary for Village
of Arlington Heights funds, shall furnish said Board of Trustees
of the Village with a certified copy of all bank statements which
it is required to furnish to the Auditor of Public Accounts or
to the Comptroller of the Currency, while acting as such deposit-
ary.
