Illinois, has submitted plans for the improvement of a highway

p»ccead with the work of construction in accordance with said
plans, and
BE IT FITTHER RESOLVED, that the County of Cook be and it is
hereby relieved. and discharged of any and all liability for
any and all dpmage to >roperty, and for ary and all damage
done to or sustained b.., the pavements within the Iii 1/a :e by
reecon of the d etouring of traffic, or the hauling of mAterial,
or from any other cause incident to the improvement of the
highway aforesaid,

B�]o IT FTJT�T'HER RESOLVED, that the .responsibility for maintaining
this highway shall not be waived due to this construction but
said maintenance shall remain under the jurisdiction of the
agency in which it is now vested,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the � + � N!ty Clerk be and
