PERMIT IS HEREBY GRANTED to E. W. A. ROWLES COMPANY,
hereinafter referred to as "the company", of 104 N. Hickory Street,
Arlington Heights, Illinois, on its application, to construct an
eight (8) inch water service pipe connecting the sprinkling system
of said company, installed in its factory at the foregoing address,
with the existing six (6) inch public water main located in N.
Hickory Street, adjacent to the premises of said company. Such
permit is given subject to the following conditions and provisions,
to which said company agrees by the acceptance of this permit:
1. That such service pipe and necessary appurtenances
thall be installed at the expense of the company according to
plans and specifications and materials specified by the
engineers of the village, and the street be restored to its
present condition;
2. That such construction work shall include a five (5)
foot inside diameter manhole with a cast iron cover and look,
located in N. Hickory Street at a point to be designated by
the village, to contain or house an eight (8) inch cast iron
gate valve to be installed in said water pipe, all at the
company' s cost;
3. That the company shall pay to the Villa a Treasurer
a tapping and inspection fee of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY U150.00)
DOLLARS at the time of the issuance of the permit;
4. In the event it becomes necessary for the village
to install a water main larger than six (6) inches in N.
Hickory Street, or supplement the presently installed water
main, as the result of the installation and operation by the
company of its sprinkling system in said premises, the village
retains the right to terminate this permit and the further use
of such connection until the cost of the installation of such
additional water mains chargeable to the company shall have
been mutually agreed upon between the company and the village.

3. That the company shall pay to the Village Treasurer
a tapping and inspection fee of ONE IiI NDREt7 FIFTY ($150.00)
DOLLARS at the time of the issuance of the permit;
4. In the event it becomes necessary for the village
to install a water main larger than six (6) inches in N.
Hickory Street, or supplement the presently installed water
main, as the result of the installation and operation by the
company of its sprinkling system in said premises, the village
retains the right to terminate this permit and the ;further use
of such connection until the cost of the installation of such
additional water mains chargeable to the company shall have
been mutually agreed upon betwe±an the company and the village.
